What You'll Do

Gather and document business requirements
Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
Analyse workflows, business processes, and data
Create wireframes and process flow diagrams
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
Coordinate between business stakeholders and development team

Additional Information

Candidate should be ready to relocate to Nagercoil if required
Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

Gather and validate business requirements
Prepare user stories and documentation




Analyse workflows and identify process improvements
Create reports and dashboards
Coordinate with product and development teams
Assist with testing and feature validation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
Strong analytical and communication skills
Knowledge of business process modelling
Experience with documentation and reporting tools
Understanding of Agile methodology is preferred
