What You'll Do:

* Own end-to-end product design for key parts of the Emergent platform
* Turn complex workflows into explicit, intuitive experiences
* Work closely with engineers and product to ship fast, high-quality features
* Design flows, interactions,



and UI with strong attention to detail
* Contribute to product thinking and not just execution
* Help evolve patterns and systems as the product grows

What We're Looking For:

* 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
* Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
* Comfort working on technical or complex products (you don't need to code, but
you should enjoy collaborating with engineers)
* Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete
information
* Clear communication and strong product intuition
* High ownership mindset, you care deeply about what ships

Nice to Have:

* Some hands-on experience with code, or a genuine interest in experimenting
with it
* Experience designing AI-powered products or systems
* Familiarity with design systems and scaling patterns
