Hands-on experiences in mainframe technology and Linux commands and scripting
Needs to have experiences in Application Job monitoring and production support activities.
The resource should be willing to perform both L1 and L2 roles as per project need.
Needs to provide 24x7 or Rotational shift as per application need .
Analyze and resolve production issues. Able to handle business and interface application team during P1/P2 issues.
Working on application enhancement and process improvement ideas/automation
Work with business partners to understand, analyze, and resolve application issues
Willing to learn new skillset and SLA adheres in application tickets.

The Contributions You Will Make

Maintaining the mainframe applications incidents SLA's and Batch cycles on daily basis. Performing both L1 and L2 activities.




Handle Incidents, Service Request and Change requests.
Provide production support
Handle Incidents, Service Request and Change
Attend Customer Calls
Provide Status Report
Requirements gathering
Module plan/design/Coding
