About the Role:We are looking for a growth-oriented and data-driven skilled to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Intraday Trading and IPO businesses at Paytm Money. The role requires strong analytical thinking, campaign management capabilities, and collaboration across product, marketing, and analytics teams to improve user engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Business Growth & Ownership. Own and drive Monthly Transacting Users (MTUs)



across all Equity products including Delivery, Intraday, ETFs, IPOs, Trading Ideas, Baskets, Bonds, NPS, and SIPs. Define and execute business strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the Equity ecosystem. Identify growth opportunities and build initiatives to increase market share in the cash segment.
Product Strategy & Roadmap. Develop product vision and business roadmaps for Equity products. Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to prioritize, build, and launch features that drive customer growth and business outcomes. Monitor product performance, customer behavior, and market trends to continuously refine the roadmap.
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Customer Growth: Design and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and business initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Growth teams to maximize adoption and engagement across
