is looking for a Sales Advisor India Subcontinent to be based out of our Mumbai
office.

Who you are

The primary objective of this role is to deliver an outstanding customer service
experience while driving sales growth. The focus will be on building robust,
long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor,
consistently providing service of the highest standard.

As the main point of contact for customers within WSS Customer Service, you will
add value by guiding them on what products to purchase,



along with the
rationale, timing, and optimal sourcing. You will actively drive sales by
diligently following up on quotations and maximising opportunities to convert
these into successful orders.

What you will be doing:

* Work closely with the customers, understanding & supporting the decision
makers’ needs and be their main contact in WSS Customer Service.
* Advise and support customers on what, why, when and where to buy through good
commercial guidance.
* Keep customers informed of changes in the order delivery status, surcharges
and any other relevant information.
* Ensure timely and accurate order management, keeping customers updated and
proactively managing potential issues.
* Proactively identify, plan and follow up open quotes to turn this into
orders.
* Utilize Tools and knowledge about the customer, to leverage on Insights
leading to adding Value to the Customer and increasi
