A DAY IN THE LIFE

Medtronic CRM Application Development team develops the next generation medical
technologies that save lives, improve quality of living for millions of patients
across the world. The CRM Software team is one of the most cutting edge teams
within Medtronic, working with various software technologies in application
software, network software, mobile software, BT/BLE communication software, and
interfacing with embedded software for management and control of implantable
medical devices. The CRM Software team is looking for a proactive,
self-starting,



strong software development engineer to build the next generation
of CRM software.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

* Complete ownership for preparing test automation solution, designing
automation frameworks and lead the implementation of test strategy, test
plans & test execution of the product.
* Conduct and/or participate in technical reviews of requirements,
specifications, designs, code and other engineering artifacts, ensuring
timely delivery to meet program commitments.
* Guide project test engineering decisions and direction.
* Take the high level requirements and independently complete test development
per the defined processes.
* Design and execute project test plans and strategies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize as per the roadmap.
* Helps to get team unblocked on complex technical issues.
* Design and execute tests using automated test tools, as well as Manual test
develop
