We are looking for an experienced EHS Officer (Safety Engineer) to manage site
safety operations for an industrial plant expansion project. The candidate will
be responsible for implementing EHS standards, ensuring statutory compliance,
managing contractor safety, conducting audits, and promoting a robust safety
culture across the project.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATION:
* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline.
* Mandatory ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) / PDIS (Post Diploma
in Industrial Safety) certification from a recognized institute.
* Candidates without ADIS/PDIS certification will not be considered.
PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:
* Industrial Manufacturing Projects
* Chemical / Pharmaceutical Projects
* EPC Projects
* Industrial Infrastructure Projects
* Large-scale Construction Projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SITE SAFETY MANAGEMENT:
* Implement and monitor project safety plans across contractors and
subcontractors.
* Conduct daily site safety inspections.
* Monitor high-risk activities including:
* Work at Height
* Lifting Operations
* Hot Work
* Electrical Activities
* Excavation Work
* Confined Space Entry
* Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
