We are a fast-growing startup based in Kerala, working on technology-driven products and services for modern businesses. We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern with a Computer Science background who can understand technical solutions and communicate their value to potential customers.

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in identifying leads, explaining our tech offerings, handling customer communication, and helping convert prospects into clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands technology and is interested in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, LinkedIn, databases, and other sources.
Contact prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable technology solutions.
Assist in preparing product demos, sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up emails.




Maintain lead records and sales activity updates using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
Work with the technical team to understand product features and customer use cases.
Support lead generation campaigns and market research.
Follow up with prospects and help move them through the sales pipeline.
Share feedback from customers with the internal team for product and service improvement.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software, websites, apps, SaaS, cloud, or IT services.
Strong communication skills in English. Malayalam is an added advantage.
Interest in sales, business development, customer interaction, and technology.
Positive research and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Excel,
