Role Overview/Your Impact

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks from scratch for web and API testing
Implement and optimize continuous testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Lead the integration of AI-powered testing solutions to improve test coverage, reduce manual effort, and accelerate release cycles

Develop and execute comprehensive test automation strategies for both UI and API layers

Mentor team members on best practices in test automation, framework architecture, and continuous testing
Drive metrics and KPIs demonstrating effort savings, defect detection rates, and time-to-market improvements
Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of the SDLC
Establish and maintain test data management strategies and test setting configurations
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to automation coding standards
