We are seeking a high-impact Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Operations with solid expertise in global Order-to-Cash (O2C) execution, problem-solving, and process transformation. This role is designed for a supply chain professional who goes beyond transactional execution to actively diagnose, own, and resolve complex supply chain challenges across global operations.
The ideal candidate combines deep order management expertise, strong analytical thinking, and a transformation mindset to drive decision-making, improve operational performance, and build scalable, standardised processes across regions.
Core Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Order Management Ownership & Problem Solving
Own end-to-end order lifecycle across global markets, including order creation, validation, fulfilment, billing, and closure
Act as the primary problem owner for complex order management issues spanning availability constraints, pricing discrepancies, delivery delays, and system blocks
Diagnose and resolve high-impact issues through structured root cause analysis (RCA) and cross-functional collaboration




Drive decision-making on prioritisation, backorders, allocation, and fulfilment trade-offs, balancing service, cost, inventory, and cash flow
Manage and resolve critical customer and business escalations with speed, ownership, and business context
2. Global Stakeholder Collaboration & Execution Governance
Partner with global supply chain, planning, logistics, IT, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of O2C processes
Act as a single point of coordination for cross-region issue resolution, ensuring structured communication and timely closure
Drive alignment on execution priorities, service levels, and fulfilment strategies across geographies
Work across time zones and cultures with strong ownership, clarity, and influencing skills
