The CIB CS Case Manager is a key member of the Group, delivering vital operational and technical support to our global businesses and enhancing both customer service and efficiency. The GCB6 Client Onboarding (NTB) Case Manager functions within the first line of defense (FLOD), collaborating closely with Relationship Managers and clients to provide high-quality support for NTB activities. This role is central to managing and coordinating all onboarding requests for RMs, serving as the primary operational contact for clients with complex onboarding needs. Case Managers are expected to identify and respond to financial crime risks, acting decisively to protect the business.
In this role, you will:
Primary activities include:
Engaging with RM teams to understand strategic clients and their long-term needs during the business case and client selection process.
Consistently delivering skilled and high-quality customer experience,



ensuring fair treatment principles are upheld.
Explaining complex financial concepts to customers and stakeholders and gathering necessary information and documentation.
Managing time effectively by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying organized.
Handling a high volume of case completions while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance.
Seeking feedback from internal and external customers to drive improvements and foster a client-centric culture.
Taking ownership of cases through quality control (QC) and completing Risk Support Statements (RSS) as required.
Supporting timely resolution of audit points and regulatory issues, participating in technical training, and attending learning sessions and team meetings.
Working independently and contributing to team success through collaboration.
Exercising sound judgment and critical thinking in financial crime risk decisions.
