Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager - LAP will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and
managing Loan Against Property (LAP) clients within the LB Nagar region. This
role focuses on building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets,
and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective financial solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

* Identify and cultivate current business opportunities for Loan Against Property
(LAP) in the designated LB Nagar territory.
* Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential LAP clients through
various channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
* Conduct thorough financial assessments of clients to understand their needs
and recommend appropriate LAP products.
* Guide clients through the entire loan application process, including
documentation, credit evaluation, and disbursement.
* Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for LAP products.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure
repeat business and referrals.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including credit,



operations, and legal, to
ensure smooth loan processing and customer service.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
pertaining to the LAP segment.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions,
and market feedback.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience (2-5 years) in sales or relationship management within the
financial services industry, specifically with Loan Against Property (LAP).
* Strong understanding of LAP products, processes, and credit policies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Ability to work independently
