Role Description We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with robust expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code and Crossplane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, deployment workflows and containerized platforms.



Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional development teams to align infrastructure operations with software delivery goals, ensuring seamless integration across the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities
· Design, build and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
· Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, preferably GKE.
· Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
· Build, manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure automation.
· Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Crossplane, Terraform or similar.
· Use Crossplane to provision and manage cloud resources through Kubernetes-native workflows.
· Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration and release processes.
· Monitor system performance, reliability and availability across environments.
· Collaborate with development, QA and security teams to improve deployment quality and speed.
