REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience

Education: Diploma / Graduate/ Post Graduate in Pharmacy

Experience: At least 1 to 5 years in the Pharmaceutical plant.

JOB PURPOSE

Generic

* Support industrial performance: X matrix - create, maintain, track Monthly
Transformation Review
* Support Lean activities , data analysis and KPI reporting.
* Support in improving processes, coordinate and drive initiatives to develop,
implement and sustain cost reduction improvement,



in reference to Zentiva
Quality and HSE standards.
* Ensure that appropriate performance follow-up tools are implemented and
consolidated in reference to corporate standards or to site requirements.
* Support in Managing the follow-up of the score card / monthly report and
performance KPIs, analyze and ensure coordination of action plans regarding
major deviations on OEE, Cash flow, Plant Cycle Time, Yields, Productivity.
* Be the window person for shopfloor performance initiatives.
* Ensure sustenance of established lean operating standards & their process
confirmation.
* Ensure the follow-up of the performance results and adapt action plans
accordingly.
* Support/ Initiate VSK i.e. Gemba Kaizen workshops & trainings.
* Propose & support initiatives to implement successful troubleshooting and
debottlenecking of process flows.
* Make proposals to implement the best practices at site level.
