We don't just place creators in campaigns; we manage brand relationships, strategy, and execution in-house, end to end.

The Role

We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to run the engine room of our brand campaigns — creator shortlisting, brief translation, content coordination, and reporting — while building toward owning brand relationships independently. You'll work closely with Account Managers and the Brands Vertical Lead, getting hands-on exposure to how campaigns are strategized, sold, and executed at scale.

This is a high-leverage seat for someone who wants to go from "executes campaigns well" to "runs accounts independently" within a year.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain creator shortlists for brand campaigns based on audience fit,



content style, and past performance — not just follower count
Translate brand briefs into clear creator-facing instructions, ensuring content stays on-brand without losing creator authenticity
Coordinate end-to-end content production: scripting inputs, revisions, approvals, posting timelines, and deliverable tracking
Liaise daily with creators and their teams to keep campaigns moving without constant escalation
Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions where applicable) and put together client-ready reports
Flag brief-content misalignment or creative gaps early, rather than waiting for brand feedback to catch it
Support Account Managers on pitch decks, proposals, and brand communication as needed
Stay on top of platform trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and bring fresh content formats to the table proactively
