Role Overview

As a YouTube Manager at TerraTern, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and content creation for our YouTube channel. Your primary goal will be to grow our audience, improve engagement, and build a solid visual and brand presence on the platform. You’ll collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to develop and implement strategies that support our global mobility mission.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube strategy to enhance brand awareness,



increase audience engagement, and foster subscriber growth.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including uploading videos, optimizing content for search, and ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Collaborate with content creators, marketing, and social media teams to create compelling video content aligned with the company’s goals.
Analyze YouTube analytics to track channel performance and optimize video content based on data-driven insights.
Develop and implement strategies to improve video SEO, enhance discoverability, and increase viewer retention.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and other audience interactions to foster community engagement.
Stay current with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the channel’s growth and success.
