Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Project Manager to lead our Center of Excellence (COE) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce administration and demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive project success. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the effective implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Salesforce COE projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
Oversee the administration of Salesforce, including user management, data management, and system configuration.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance user adoption and maximize the value of Salesforce solutions.
Monitor project progress, identify risks,



and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and user guides.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and understanding of project objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve Salesforce processes and best practices within the COE.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including administration, configuration, and best practices.
Proven experience in project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advance
