General Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security & Access Control Engineer to join our team and drive security initiatives across hardware, software, and system levels for next-generation SoCs used in smartphones, automotive, IoT, and other advanced platforms. This role combines responsibilities for designing secure architectures and leading security feature integration across multiple projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust security measures, resolve escalations, and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Implementation
Develop hardware-assisted access control mechanisms at block, core, and SoC levels.
Work on SW/HW co-design for secure architectures, including debug interfaces (JTAG, ARM Coresight).
Security Leadership
Act as the primary point of contact for security features and SoC integration issues.
Drive security HW & system-level issues to closure and support provisioning flows.
Compliance & Reviews
Review and sign off security requirements using JIRA methodology.
Coordinate security reviews and ensure timely closure of action items.
Analysis & Documentation
Analyze and mitigate security vulnerabilities in hardware and software implementations.
Provide technical guidance, documentation, and respond to customer queries.
Policy & Standards
Develop and maintain security policies for access control across multiple platforms.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in security architecture, access control, or embedded systems.
Solid understanding of:
Computer architecture and hardware-assisted access control.
Mobile platform security (Secure Boot, Secure Storage, Secure Debug, DDR protection).
ARM TrustZone and virtualization technologies.
