This role sits within Global Paytem Services and is accountable for end-to-end governance, regulatory compliance, financial control, workforce planning, and operational resilience. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Compliance, Risk, HR, Operations,
and senior stakeholders to ensure strong controls, high-quality reporting, and timely delivery of key governance and regulatory commitments.

Manage regulatory compliance for GPS, including RBI audit coordination, monthly/quarterly regulatory submissions, RBS Tranche requirements, and support to the CCO.
Lead preparation of senior management communications and governance packs, including GPS Business Reviews, EXCO notes, and Sales Enabling Forum (SEF) materials.
Act as Secretary to WTOC (bi-monthly), ensuring agendas, minutes, actions, and follow-ups are completed on time.
