Cyber Security Presales Engineer / Solution Consultant (4–5 Yrs) –

Role Overview

We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Cybersecurity Presales Engineer who can understand customer requirements, design security solutions, and support the sales team with proposals, demos, and POCs.

Key Responsibilities

Understand customer security requirements and propose suitable solutions
Design end-to-end cybersecurity solutions across network, cloud, and applications
Prepare solution architecture, BoQ (Bill of Quantity), and proposals
Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and POCs (Proof of Concept)
Work closely with sales teams to close deals
Engage with OEMs and internal technical teams for solution building

Required Technical Skills

Hands-on or working knowledge in any of the below areas:

Network Security – NGFW, VPN, SASE
Application Security – WAF, API Security
Endpoint Security – EDR / XDR
Identity & Access Management (IAM)




SIEM / SOC / UEBA
Cloud Security (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Preferred OEM / Tools Experience (Any Of These)

Fortinet
Palo Alto
Check Point
Cisco Security
Zscaler / Netskope
CrowdStrike
IBM QRadar

Candidate Profile

4–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Presales / Solutioning
Experience working with: System Integrators / IT Services / Cybersecurity companies
Strong understanding of security architecture and solution design
Good communication & presentation skills
Client-facing experience is mandatory
