About the team
The Senior Instructor within Training and Enablement, as a fully proficient and seasoned qualified, will be responsible for developing applied learning curriculum and deliver product education services to global customers, internal employees, and partners. They will enhance and formalize emerging knowledge programs and support the launching of innovative new deliverables.
What you will do
Responsible for developing product knowledge certification programs.
Design and facilitate bootcamps, labs, and workshop style classroom training to Kinaxis customers, partners, and employees for Maestro (Rapid Response).
This includes customization and development of new courseware to support customer specific training material for both instructor-led, and Virtual instructor-led training.
