Financial Analyst

Description

Overview:

Since 1998, US Dental Transitions has consulted with over 6,000 dentists and helped almost 1,000 transition their practice to other dentists who share similar values and philosophies. We are seeking a part time (approximately 30 hours per week) Financial Analyst who understands dentistry to work in our Suwanee, GA office. We are flexible on the hours.

Responsibilities

Work directly with advisors, clients and CPAs to gather appropriate financials
Process confidential data to run cash flows and valuations
Utilize QuickBooks to pull reports as needed
Interpret and analyze dental practice reports




Package opportunities to market and assist with drafting of ads
Review and discuss Cash Flows and Valuations with clients
Assist with the Quality of Earnings (QoE) process and due diligence items

Preferred Background

Understand financial documents such as tax returns and Profit & Loss statements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel Skills), Adobe, and DropBox
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM
Familiar with dental practice management reports / Dental industry knowledge a plus
Ability to problem-solve and multi-task
Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and follow-through skills
