Responsibilities

You will have experience in creating detailed architectural models using advanced software tools. This role requires a keen attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Develop detailed 3D architectural models of data center buildings and components using software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Work closely with architects, structural engineers,



and other design professionals to ensure models accurately represent the intended design.
Produce construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, from the architectural models.
Integrate architectural models with structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) models to ensure coordinated and clash-free designs.
Review models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Stay current with advancements in modeling software and techniques, and apply this knowledge to improve modeling processes and project outcomes.
Maintain and organize model files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to all project stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in architectural modeling, preferably with experience in data center projects.
Proficiency in 3D modeling
