Role Overview

The role leads the Technical Services function for unsaturated polyester resins
and gelcoats, supporting customers, translating technical requirements into
effective solutions, and partnering with Sales through value-based selling. The
position strengthens technical capabilities, drives application excellence, and
supports business growth.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the
following:

* Provide expert technical support, product recommendations, and application
guidance to customers
* Evaluate customer needs and translate them into suitable product and solution
offerings
* Partner with Sales to prioritize opportunities and support defined market
segments
* Lead technical service requests, laboratory activities, and issue resolution
* Act as a technical advisor to internal stakeholders across functions
* Deliver customer and internal technical training programs
* Develop technical documentation and support seminars
* Travel to customer sites as required (20–40%)





In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

Level of education & Experience in general

* Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical discipline (Chemistry, Materials
Science, Engineering, or equivalent)
* Demonstrated technical aptitude with experience in project management; people
management experience is preferred
* Robust computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity
with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP)
* Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations

Technical skills

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in composites application support, particularly
high-performance resins
* Hands-on experience with unsaturated polyester resins and gelcoats
* Exposure to reactive polymers, composites processing, and testing
* Proven ability to deliver results and meet tight deadlines
