Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically driven Medical Oncologist to join our growing oncology team. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing cancer patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based and patient-centric care.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with various malignancies




Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient requirements
Administer and monitor chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care treatments
Conduct patient consultations and explain diagnosis, prognosis, treatment options, risks, and expected outcomes
Coordinate care with surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, nutritionists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals
Monitor treatment response and modify treatment plans as required
Manage treatment-related toxicities and complications
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and clinical discussions
Support patient education initiatives and survivorship programs
Contribute to clinical research, audits, quality improvement projects, and protocol development
Mentor junior doctors, fellows, and clinical staff as required
