Key Responsibilities Delivery & Program Management ? Own end-to-end delivery for large, complex IT programs and accounts. ? Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, quality standards, and SLAs. ? Establish delivery governance, metrics, and reporting mechanisms. ? Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and issues. Client & Stakeholder Management ? Serve as the primary delivery contact for senior client stakeholders. ? Lead governance forums such as QBRs, steering committees, and executive reviews. ? Manage escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution. ? Build long-term, trust-based client relationships. Financial & Commercial Accountability ? Own P&L; for assigned accounts/portfolios. ? Drive margin improvement, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives. ? Ensure accurate forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition. ? Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (MSA, SOWs, CRs). People & Talent Management ? Lead and mentor Delivery Managers,



Program Managers, and Project Managers. ? Drive capacity planning, utilization optimization, and pyramid health. ? Partner with HR on hiring, performance management, capability building, and retention. ? Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven delivery culture. Governance, Quality & Compliance ? Ensure compliance with organizational, client, regulatory, and security standards. ? Drive quality assurance practices and continuous improvement. ? Support audits, reviews, and corrective action implementation. Transformation & Innovation ? Enable digital transformation, modernization, and automation initiatives. ? Encourage adoption of current technologies, tools, and delivery accelerators. ? Collaborate with architecture and innovation teams on delivery roadmaps.
