Good knowledge of computers and basic troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with MS Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite)
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Ability to handle emails, coordination, and operational support activities
Basic understanding of customer handling and process management
Positive typing speed and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Candidates having prior experience in the Medical, Healthcare, Pharma, Diagnostic, or Visa Medical domain will be preferred.
