What we are looking for
As the Associate Engagement Lead - Market research you work on high-impact
market research engagements for our life sciences clients. This role requires a
blend of critical thinking, strong analytical skills, a quality mindset. The
ideal candidate will also play an active role in helping us create elements of
new Market Research capabilities and train a growing team

What you’ll do
* Work on primary market research project execution,



including developing
meeting decks, surveys and analytical modelling
* Develop all client facing content in collaboration with project leadership
* Create clean story boards and contribute to insights generation from the
market research data in client ready deliverables
* Train new and existing team members on market research concepts, relevant
analytical modelling and contribute to training content material
* Ability to leverage approved tools for GenAI to enhance project delivery and
experience
* Train and mentor Analyst/ Sr Analyst in the team

Must have
* Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3 - 5 years of robust
analytics experience
* Clear understanding of the US pharma industry and quantitative market
research
* Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis and ability to run different
models as per the need of the business question
* Experience in structured problem solving a
