This position will support the Area Sales team and Centre Trade & Marketing
teams to manage and grow assigned customer accounts in line with organizational
strategy, goals, policies, and processes.

Ocean Contract Management Specialist will be responsible for managing North
America (NAM) Tender customers and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant
execution of tender-related activities. The role includes quotation management,
tender execution, contract administration, and close coordination with GSC
teams, including Contract Correction Team (CCT), Disputes, and Invoice Quality
(IQ) functions, to deliver an excellent customer experience and commercial
outcome.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for Non-KC Customer Segmentation,
ORA, Quick Quote, Seasonal Sync requests received online.

* Supporting the Dispute and IQ team on improving quality deliverables.

* Preparing, reviewing and validating customer tender templates and rate sheet
using approved product rates.

* Ensure high accuracy and completeness in all tender deliverables.

* Prioritize and manage multiple tenders simultaneously to meet agreed
deadlines and SLA commitments.

* Ensure adherence to tender governance standards, SOPs, and compliance
requirements.

* Prepares Negotiation Package for customers.

* Supports projects and ad hoc initiatives within TCM.
