- Lead and manage branch managers and staff to ensure they are meeting and exceeding targets and goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability and market share

- Develop and mentor branch managers and staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence




- Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
