Job Description
Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Cross Border (India & South Asia) will drive Visa’s key
cross-border growth initiatives from strategy through execution. This is an
individual contributor role requiring the person to develop and implement
programs to accelerate cross-border payment volumes across the region. The role
will work closely with India & South Asia business leaders and cross-functional
teams to shape strategy, lead go-to-market execution and ensure governance
rigor.
This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on
execution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior
stakeholders across various functions.
Essential Functions:
* Drive Cross-Border Growth Programs: Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution
for major cross-border initiatives. Develop business cases and execution
plans for current programs, then activate them through issuing bank partnerships
and direct-to-consumer marketing channels. Ensure each initiative is aligned
with Visa’s international growth strategy and delivers on targeted outcomes.
* Strategy & Leadership: Partner with Visa’s India & South Asia business
leadership to shape cross-border strategy and prioritize opportunities.
Influence strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights on
cross-border trends and portfolio performance. Regularly brief and align with
executives on program progress and ma
