As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Director of Sales to lead revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention, and go-to-market strategy.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional sales management role.
We are looking for a Director of Sales who has previously built and executed end-to-end SaaS sales processes, understands modern AI technologies,



and can independently drive revenue growth from prospecting to retention.
You will own the complete revenue lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and generating leads to conducting demos, closing deals, driving retention, and helping shape pricing and GTM strategy.
You will work directly with the founders and play a critical role in scaling Camarin.ai's revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Business Development
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline
Identify and engage prospective clients across fashion, apparel, jewelry, beauty, lifestyle, retail, and D2C brands
Generate opportunities through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, partnerships, referrals, networking, and other growth channels
Consistently exceed revenue targets and drive predictable growth
End-to-End SaaS Sales
Own the entire sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
