Job Title: Service Delivery Manager
Location: ETAP-Delhi

The job
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with deep expertise in utility
operations, responsible for end-to-end delivery of RDSS/ADMS projects.
This role provides sole accountability for project delivery, technical
compliance, and client/vendor interface. The Service Delivery Manager will
coordinate with the Engineering Manager and engineering teams but remain the
single point of ownership for delivery quality, schedule adherence, and
technical compliance.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical knowledge of power distribution,
grid automation, and SCADA/ADMS systems with solid project management and
stakeholder management skills.
Key responsibilities
Technical Delivery & Compliance
* Full ownership of end-to-end delivery for RDSS/ADMS projects in utility/grid
environments.
* Ensure strict adherence to:
* Client-specific technical specifications
* Distribution system automation standards and grid codes
* Engineering drawings, SL
