About you:

The Software Engineer supports the maintenance and evolution of native iOS and
Android applications while contributing to their gradual migration to a unified
React and React Native platform. They are a product-focused developer building
both native and cross-platform features, improving their skills across Swift,
Kotlin, and TypeScript with guidance from senior engineers. Working within a
global hospitality platform, they help deliver reliable user experiences at




scale while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and
development workflows.

Day-to-day, you will:

* Maintain and improve native apps (bug fixes, upgrades, performance,
compliance).
* Contribute to React/React Native migration alongside senior engineers.
* Own delivered features end-to-end and participate in on-call support.
* Collaborate across teams and follow pragmatic engineering practices (reuse,
avoid over-engineering).

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

* Meet app performance and reliability targets (crash rates, speed, ratings).
* Improve delivery metrics (faster changes, more frequent releases).
* Maintain low failure rates and quickly resolve issues.
* Support migration progress while ensuring security, quality, and AI adoption.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
