The Smartcomm Platform is a strategic digital initiative focused on enabling real-time monitoring, control, analytics, and lifecycle management of connected systems—similar to up-to-date SCADA platforms.
Role Summary
The Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Smartcomm Platform, driving innovation in SCADA-like applications, IoT integrations, and digital customer experiences. The role requires strong techno-functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the Smartcomm product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation




Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement
Drive development of core platform capabilities:
Real-time monitoring & remote control
Device integration (IoT, controllers, sensors)
Dashboards, analytics, and reporting
Alerts, notifications, and system health
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms)
Support go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagements
Candidate Profile
Experience
3-8 years’ experience, including Product Management roles
Experience in industrial software, SCADA, IoT, or energy management platforms preferred
Key Skills
Strong understanding of SCADA / IoT platforms and real-time data systems
Product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital architecture
