Job Title: Deputy Director – MEP
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 15-20 Years

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and manage MEP design and coordination for large-scale infrastructure
projects.
* Oversee project delivery across Global Delivery Center (GDC) and Domestic
project portfolios.
* Business Development support on making proposals + P&L;
* Experience in Buildings, Hospitality, Hospitals, DATA Centre, Commercial,
Retail & Residential etc.
* Team management
* Provide technical leadership for Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health
Engineering disciplines.
* Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and
local codes.
* Review design deliverables, technical reports, calculations, and drawings.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants, and
stakeholders.
* Support project planning, resource management, quality assurance, and risk
mitigation.
* Mentor and guide MEP teams to achieve project objectives and delivery
timelines.
* Requirements




* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's Degree
preferred).
* 15+ years of experience in MEP design and project management for
infrastructure projects.
* Proven experience in both GDC and Domestic project environments.
* Solid understanding of international design standards, BIM workflows, and
multidisciplinary coordination.
* Experience in transportation, aviation, metro, highways, water, or other
major infrastructure sectors.
* Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and presentation
skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and lead large technical teams.
