Responsibilities
Design and implement marketing strategy for Waters India consumable business to meet business objectives.
Identify market opportunities, industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans at India and regional levels.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and business development initiatives.




Design and implement marketing campaigns to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
Work closely with sales teams and guide them to achieve and exceed sales goals through marketing initiatives
Track lead conversion metrics and optimize campaigns for improved ROI.
Manage digital marketing activities, including email marketing, social media, webinars, and website content.
Develop channel strategy for existing products and new product launches
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, case studies, application notes, and customer success stories.
Coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Plan and execute customer outreach programs, seminars, workshops, technical sessions, trainings, exhibitions, and conferences.
Design, plan and implement business development programs, with follow up monitoring and evaluation to ensure business objectives are met.
