The Role -
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our web and mobile engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled products from 0 to 1 in a startup environment, and is equally comfortable writing code, reviewing architecture, and managing people. You'll own technical execution across Fitpage and India Running, working closely with product, design,



and business stakeholders to ship rapid without compromising on quality.

You will -
Lead and mentor a team of web and mobile engineers, owning their growth, performance, and day-to-day delivery
Own the technical roadmap and architecture for Fitpage and India Running products end-to-end
Drive hands-on development where needed — this is a player-coach role, not a purely managerial one
Take products from 0 to 1: scope, build, ship, and iterate based on real user feedback and data
Set and enforce engineering best practices — code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, and scalability
Manage sprint planning, prioritization, and trade-offs between speed and technical debt
Collaborate closely with product, design, and founders to translate business goals into technical execution
Own infrastructure decisions and cost-performance trade-offs on AWS
Recruit, interview, and build out the engineering team as we scale
