Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Database Developer (PL/SQL) with strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL programming and solid database design principles. The ideal candidate will design high-performance database structures, optimize queries, and support enterprise-scale applications. Experience with Azure cloud data services is a plus. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment to develop, enhance, and maintain database components that support critical business operations.





Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and scripts.
Design efficient and scalable database schemas and structures.
Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models in collaboration with data modelers.
Perform SQL tuning, indexing, and performance optimization.
Document low-level designs (LLD), unit test plans, and unit test cases.
Support integration testing and ensure database compatibility with application modules.
Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely issue resolution.
Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate with onsite and offshore teams.
Support OIS clearance documentation and required compliance artifacts.
Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively.
