Ashland has an exciting prospect for a HRIS Assistant to join our ISP India
Private Limited business at our Hyderabad location. This position will report to
the HRIS Integration Lead.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the
following:

* Support processing, monitoring, and troubleshooting of HR and payroll system
integrations

* Assist with reviewing integration activity and maintaining data accuracy
across connected global systems

* Monitor and support absence tracking processes

* Coordinate reporting activities and audits for HR programs and operations

* Support compensation-related transactions,



tracking, and documentation

* Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and payment activities

* Process employee reimbursement and support program administration

* Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and operational
effectiveness

* Actively contribute to the organizational goals by taking initiative,
executing on goals and focusing on performance and safety

* Improve the organization capacity and capabilities through building
collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent and utilizing positive
communications and influence with others

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree

* Strong communication skills

* Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all times

* The ability to help the company drive greater value through understanding the
business, making complex decisions and creating
