About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Microsoft Sales Manager to drive business growth across the US markets. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT services sales, particularly around Microsoft technologies, .NET development, and Umbraco solutions. The role requires a strategic sales professional capable of generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales activities for Microsoft technology services, including .NET, Umbraco and related solutions.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the US regions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and partner channels.




Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Lead client presentations, solution discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to create compelling proposals and estimates.
Manage and grow strategic client accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records.
Represent the organization in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with offshore development and delivery teams.
Ready to work in Eastern Time Zone.
Existing network of clients, partners, or decision-makers in the US.
Should be ready to work in Europe and Australia
