The Transaction Advisory Services practice is seeking Senior Associate to join a
collaborative, growing team. You will work as an individual contributor as well
as part of a team to facilitate/lead buy-side and sell- side related
engagements.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
* Conduct financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reports for buy-side
and sell-side transactions for PE, VC, family-owned businesses and corporate
clients
* Analyze financial and operational results to prepare Quality of Earnings
reports
* Prepare detailed financial analysis that will help our clients to evaluate
acquisitions decisions and financing arrangements
* Evaluate financial information to identify issues/opportunities and recommend
post-acquisition measures
* Work closely with clients, invest
