Job Description

Deputy General Manager-Mergers & Acquisitions• Manage and support execution of
M&A; projects - lead evaluation of acquisition targets with the business teams
and advisors, coordinate with the counter party, valuation and other related
activities through closing of a transaction
• Support sourcing activity - Industry evaluation, target sourcing, track
potential M&A; targets in line with company / business investment strategy

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

1) Manage the transaction process and execution of the project

2) Lead evaluation of acquisition opportunities with the respective business
teams

* Lead analysis
* Co-ordinate the evaluation and due diligence effort including with external
advisors, consultants
* Valuation models
* Presenting evaluation and alternatives to senior management

3) Support sourcing of opportunities for healthcare business

4) Liaison with investment bankers, external advisors

Understand and as required, support development of M&A; strategy for relevant
businesses – Pharma Solutions, Critical Care, Consumer Products
