EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Manager who will play a key role in the development
and implementation of the EisnerAI Platform, supporting the technical
architecture that powers EisnerAmper's intelligent solutions across tax, audit,
outsourcing, and advisory services. This role will contribute to delivering
innovative AI solutions and lead a team of developers and engineers to help
advance our vision of becoming an industry-leading AI-powered professional
services firm.

WHAT WORK YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

* Support the integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance,
AI, Agents, and Application layers.

* Contribute to model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for
custom LLMs and AI agents.

* Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers working on the EisnerAI
Agent Workforce.
