We are seeking a CRM Techno-Functional Lead to own the technical architecture,
configuration, and end-to-end delivery of our Lead-to-Cash and Customer Success
workstream. You will act as the primary business analyst, solution architect,
and quality assurance anchor across our core ecosystem: HubSpot, Salesforce
Core, CPQ, Certinia and NetSuite, using Workato as the central automation
engine.

Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Discovery

* Stakeholder Engagement:



Lead cross-functional discovery workshops with
Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to elicit complex
business processes.
* Process Mapping: Deconstruct vague operational requests into highly
structured user stories, process flows, and explicit business requirements
documentation (BRD).
* Traceability: Maintain a strict requirements traceability matrix to ensure
every downstream code line or configuration maps back to an approved business
objective.
* Capability Matching: Conduct rigorous Fit-Gap analyses to determine whether
business requirements should be met via out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities or
custom development.
* Impact Analysis: Evaluate how structural modifications in upstream systems
(like HubSpot or Salesforce CPQ) will functionally impact downstream
financial ledgers in NetSuite.
* Data Schema Design: Analyze existing data models to design clean custom
objects, fields,
