Evaluate cross-functional business processes and models for optimal delivery solutions.

Should be able to lead impact analysis at team level and lead to expected outcomes adhering to deadlines
Write business requirements, functional specifications and prepare delivery release documents
Assist the Program manager and PO in building project roadmaps for high performance and critical project priorities.
Facilitate and lead data quality measures, evaluate test management strategy and impact of updated service and

operational level agreements.

Build valuable understanding and knowledge of functional/applicative architecture
Prioritize business needs, upstream and downstream systems to create synergy, and synchronize deliveries by

partnering with PO.

Facilitate solution designs and changes by conducting program-level complex business and systems/process analysis.
Should be able to motivate and lead team to follow Agile methodologies and ceremonies

Core Skills

Working experience on managing & developing on Designer, Composer,



Studio, Interplay and Portal components.
Knowledge on writing & integrating exit codes with Financial Accounting Hub.
Working experience on deploying changes on the various Axway components such as Designer, Studio, Interplay.
Knowledge on integrating the access management on Portal using OAuth libraries.
Knowledge on UC4 scheduler for jobs is required.
Working experience on managing Java code and managing vulnerability fixes is an advantage.

Soft skills:
