Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer with solid expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and IT Service Management (ITSM). In this role, you will design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications to support enterprise HR and IT processes. You will work across the full application development lifecycle—requirements gathering, solution design, scripting, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities





ServiceNow HRSD & ITSM Development

Design and develop solutions across HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, Lifecycle Events, and Integrations.
Build and enhance ITSM functionality including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLAs, and CMDB workflows.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, and Script Includes.

Platform Development & Configuration

Develop and maintain custom applications, Service Portal widgets, integrations, and automation using JavaScript, GlideScript, and server/client-side scripting.
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party systems.

Platform Support & Optimization

Support platform upgrades, patching, and regression testing.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement
