Your Role:
- Lean & Six Sigma: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, Continuous Improvement, together with Team Management
- Maintain and improve site safety and quality standards
- Schedule raw materials and packing materials
- Contribute to site tech transfer projects
- Manage contractual manpower
- Drive efficiency, yield, and productivity improvements
- Produce MIS for site production
- Implement and maintain company standards, SOPs, and ISO requirements
- Keep the site audit-ready at all times (housekeeping, safety, quality)
- Stakeholder management
- Experience in automation
- Strong knowledge of unit operations (distillation, heat transfer, mass transfer, process control automation)
- Knowledge of solvent purification and various purification techniques
- Effective communicator with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset to diagnose problems and support management decisions
- Experience handling various reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification, and characterization of recent molecules/APIs
- Experience managing contractual manpower
- Commercial acumen and SAP experience
- Process-oriented
Who You Are:
- A Production Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a background in Chemical Engineering
