knowledge development in surgical robotics and medical technology.
* Champion clinical excellence by ensuring translation of complex technologies
into high-impact procedural competencies.
* Lead governance and standardization of clinical education programs to deliver
a consistent, high-quality learning experience.
* Partner with commercial leadership to align training initiatives with
strategic sales and marketing priorities.
* Design and implement structured, outcome-driven learning frameworks
incorporating the 70-20-10 development model.
* Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate training effectiveness
and drive measurable business impact.
* Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment,
scalability, and consistency across portfolios.
* Drive training readiness for recent product and technology launches, enabling
field teams with strong technical and clinical confidence.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, leveraging strengths-based
leadership and continuous capability assessments.
* Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for sales education, ensuring
optimal investment, cost efficiency, and alignment with P&L; goals.
What You Need
* 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 7+ years in medical devices,
healthcare, or commercial (sales/marketing) roles preferred.
* Prior experience in people management, with a track record of leading,
coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or MBA (preferred)
* Strategic Proficiency: Proven experience creating high-level training
pathways, defining complex learning objectives, and aligning curriculum to
performance goals.
* Influence Without Authority: The ability to be persuasive in complex,
multi-functional environments and navigate the strategic
