Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team and support the technological infrastructure of our school.
The IT Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to students, faculty, and staff.
Will be responsible to Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of audiovisual equipment for classrooms and events.




Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with school policies.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and security patches.
Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and initiatives to enhance educational outcomes.
Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field is preferred

Required Skills - Technical Proficiency, Problem-Solving Abilities, Communication Skills, Adaptability and Learning Agility, Customer Service Orientation.
